Media Buyer

Responsibilities

  • Build end to end marketing funnels to test offers based on market research
  • Set up, launch and optimize advanced advertising campaigns
  • Perform daily campaign analysis and optimisation
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge optimisation and growth strategies for a diverse range of accounts.
  • Manage and build long-term relationships with a high-value existing portfolio of performance accounts at the executive level.
  • Continuously innovate strategies to maximise ROI and ad spend, leveraging advanced negotiation and strategic planning.
  • Play a pivotal role in the development and achievement of strategic planning goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Attend international trade shows & high-profile industry events
  • Monitoring and reporting on revenue and ROI daily and monthly
  • Lead efforts to enhance and expand portfolio performance through innovative and scalable strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry news, trends and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to identify product improvement opportunities and resolve technical issues.
  • Work closely with the publishing, advertising, and compliance teams to enhance overall network performance and provide strategic feedback to improve processes and outcomes across departments.

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
  • Previous experience from media buying/advertising would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of media buying models is highly advantageous (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights (especially in Excel).
  • Experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage a large number of campaigns successfully
  • Creative, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable with adult content
  • Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Great negotiation skills
