I didn’t receive a verification email, what should I do?
Be sure to check the email account you added during registration. The email used will be listed on the top right corner of your TwinRed portal. Double check the email we have for your account is correct and has no typo.
You can then click on the “Updates Needed” link located on the main navigation bar in your TwinRed Portal. Under the “Verify Email Address” section, you can select to trigger the email notification again to the email associated with the account.
If you still don’t receive the verification email after that, please contact support@twinred.com from the email address you have added in your contact information. Our support team will then assist you further.
