Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
  • Lead business development initiatives focused on increasing revenue through strategic sales in digital marketing and advertising, leveraging new and existing client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that capitalize on industry trends in programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and data-driven ad solutions to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with premium advertisers and publishers, providing customized online advertising solutions that align with their business goals and digital growth strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships in the digital advertising ecosystem, expanding TwinRed‘s reach and influence in key global markets.
  • Monitor and enhance revenue performance through targeted campaigns and client-driven initiatives, ensuring growth from both acquisition and upsell opportunities.
  • Represent TwinRed at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility, build relationships, and stay informed on emerging trends in digital marketing and ad tech.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly in ad tech and programmatic advertising, ensuring TwinRed remains a leader in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership within the digital marketing, ad tech, or programmatic advertising sectors.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the ad exchange ecosystem, OpenRTB, buying and selling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and prepare comprehensive reports, particularly using Excel.
  • Strong network of contacts in the advertising and publishing industries is beneficial.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive growth and innovation.
