Recruitment Intern
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth research and screening of candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager in sourcing candidates for various open positions.
- Assisting with initial screening calls and candidate communication.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate data in the recruitment system.
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and managing interview logistics.
- Contributing to improving recruitment processes and strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
