Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth research and screening of candidate profiles based on job requirements.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager in sourcing candidates for various open positions.
  • Assisting with initial screening calls and candidate communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate data in the recruitment system.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and managing interview logistics.
  • Contributing to improving recruitment processes and strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
