Affiliate Support Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist affiliates during the onboarding process, including registration and account setup.
  • Provide prompt and effective communication with affiliates, addressing external inquiries and conveying internal concerns.
  • Maintain and update internal and external documentation, such as FAQs.
  • Follow established guidelines and processes to ensure efficient affiliate support.
  • Coordinate with various teams to meet affiliate needs accurately and timely.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and reliable reports on all activities to key stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues, including technical and sales-related problems.
  • Perform routine tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS, etc.) is highly advantageous.
  • Curiosity and aptitude for technical tools and concepts related to affiliate marketing.
  • Strong critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills.
  • Comfortable with adult content.
  • Passion for affiliate marketing, technology, and digital innovation.
  • Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Highly beneficial to have experience in affiliate marketing, customer support, or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.
