Advertising Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of advertisers
  • Optimize and create campaigns for our largest client
  • Provide creative and analytical advice
  • Analyze campaigns and relevant data on a daily basis
  • Report on a weekly / monthly basis to clients and internally to management on campaign results
  • Actively contact, onboard and activate new advertisers
  • Negotiate with publishers and optimize their ad spaces
  • Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Negotiate and close advertising budgets and deals to scale portfolio value
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends
  • Attend international tradeshows

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
  • 2 years minimum experience in the digital sector
  • Knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
  • Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
  • Comfortable with adult content
  • A passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
