Project Manager

Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Development, Support, Sales and external teams to facilitate and optimize the project execution and establish effective processes.
Maintaining organized and up-to-date project documentation using Confluence, ensuring that teams have access to the necessary information and resources.
Conducting research, compiling business requirements, implementing the user and client needs, creating Wireframes, documenting flows to translate project needs into actionable tasks for the development team.
Communicating and consulting with Development and Sales departments on business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment aiming for a result-driven project.
Working close with and assisting the Product Owner to gather information and implement new features with the overall product vision and goals.
Conducting market and competitor research to identify opportunities for gaining a competitive advantage and inform product development strategies.
Launching new features and implementing innovative strategies

Excellent level of English
1-2 years minimum experience from an Affiliate network or similar
Knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
Bachelor’s and/or Master‘s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or Analytics is advantageous.
Technical understanding and metrics driven
Experience with Confluence or similar documentation management tools is a plus.
Self-disciplined, critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
Focused and self-organized
Comfortable with adult content
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation abilities
Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
